Aligned Strength

A low-impact strength training class designed to build muscle, enhance endurance, and boost power.

 

This program combines controlled, progressive strength work with explosive power elements to elevate your heart rate—without the impact.

 

Expect to move with intention, challenge your muscles, and push your limits while staying grounded. You’ll leave feeling strong, energized, and powerful.

 

Led by Stef Carotenuto, a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Core Corrective Exercise Specialist, Aligned Strength uses evidence-based training principles to support your body’s strength and longevity at any stage of life.

In today’s world, women need physical strength more than ever. Not only does it make everyday activities easier, but it also fosters a sense of empowerment that extends far beyond the gym.

Strength training is crucial for women for several reasons:
