If you’re looking to become a leader in the field of pelvic floor physical therapy or occupational therapy and you’re craving an opportunity for in-depth mentorship, growth, and career development, Align PT is the place for you!

About us
Align PT is a family-owned practice widely known locally and nationally for our holistic approach to manual physical therapy.
We are recognized as a leader in treating and supporting patients with endometriosis and other complex musculoskeletal, pelvic, and digestive disorders. We often see patients who haven’t gotten the results they were looking for from other clinics.
As a cash-based practice, we enjoy 60-minute (sometimes longer) treatment times and effortless documentation. We get to utilize our skills and deliver unmatched patient care, without insurance reimbursement headaches.
*This also leaves us seeing fewer patients per day and feeling energized instead of burnt out.
Our passionate team members are dedicated to the support of our patients and each other. We love what we do and we have fun doing it! We delight in a healthy work/life balance, a positive and joyful atmosphere is part of this balance and very important to us.
We understand that working solo in a clinic or one without mentorship can feel like being alone on an island.
Whether you are a seasoned veteran or newer to the field of pelvic physical therapy, you won’t have to go it alone. We are committed to advancing your skills with ongoing training, mentorship, and collaboration customized to enhance your strengths and encourage critical thinking. This is an amazing opportunity for all practitioners, whether you’re a seasoned veteran, a newer graduate or anywhere in between.

Future growth opportunities within the company may arise as we expand our practice to include more comprehensive care for endometriosis patients.
We also offer a generous continuing education reimbursement among other perks.
